Who Rocks It Better??

It's Obvious all these female artist are going crazy - Girlz shavin there hair off or even crazier - half there heads..WTH is going on..LOL. Well we know Solange tried a lil too hard to have the Amber Rose look - TOTAL FAILURE..LOL..Now I cant front Cassie & Keyshia Cole dont look half bad..But Who do you think rocks it better..In My Opinion Keyshia is totally killing it.…
